  • Physical Therapy Follow-Up Visit 1 hour

    150$
    1 hour follow-up visit - can only be used after evaluation visit has been completed
     
    • 1 hour follow-up visit
    • Soft Tissue Mobilization (manual, instrument assisted, etc)
    • Exercise plan (customized)
    • Manual Therapy (myofascial release, muscle energy work)
