Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, highly effective treatment that balances the nervous system, reduces stress, and enhances overall health. It is especially helpful for those with chronic pain conditions, or those who cannot tolerate physical pressure.​
Craniosacral Therapy involves gentle hands-on techniques that are applied to the whole body. The pressure used is generally not more than the weight of a nickel. When working with the head, these subtle maneuvers can release restrictions deep within the surrounding membranes of the brain and central nervous system. By reducing stress and tension within these physiological systems, CST encourages the body’s own self-healing energies to correct imbalances.
